Extremely bad Servive.
<p>good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>for the past months i been expierincing bad network from cell C and i been noticing at my home is even worse during weekends and evening i cant even made or received a call.</p> <p>this is grossly not acceptable as i am paying for services which i dont even used it when is neccessary to use it.</p> <p>every month i am paying my contract and i expecting Cell C to provide for the service rendered.</p> <p> </p> <p>hope to hear from you and solve this matter as a matter of urgency.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you</p> <p>Sindile Mali</p> <p> ********** 621</p>

still today i have exp bad net work problem from cellc and no one has phoned me regarding with my complaint as per promised by cellc.
i cant made calls or received calls at phone but i am still paying for my contract, this is a gross vialation of the contract.
