Extremely bad service, Pathetic

Cell c is the most useless company I ever had to deal with. Last year when i upgraded my phone it was delivered at my previous work place and it took them 7 days to update my work address to my current work address and sort out the query. a year later the same error occurs.delivery man calls to say my package is downstairs at my previous work address, how stupid. i want this error sorted today and i want my handset today before close of business, Cellc should be exposed on social media and news papers what kind of a company is this, you people always work on erros
