Extremely bad service from Ndveni (contracts team leader Cell c)

I have recently contacted Cell c contracts department. I was in arrears and handed Over and I explained many times before that I lost my job. I was able to pay the whole account up and received a pay up letter from their lawyers I called to activate my number again and I was told that i needed to take the paid up letter to th le store 2 weeks bsck so i called again to check as i finally recieved the letter now team leader from contracts dept Ndveni says that i can only take a affidavit to the cell c store for them to activate .. I've worked so hard and prioritized my payment. I am considering reversing my payment as the affidavit issues is too much yet i have explained so many times. Ndveni said she would call back to explaon and she didn't till today
