EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C DIRECT

I have such bad service from Cell C direct, i am trying to upgrade my line and left messages and nobody calls me back, such bad service indeed. I would expect early upgrade managers to do their job properly but they have dropped the ball!!!
