Extremely Bad Service , for a loyal customer of 10 Years

Trying to cancel a Cell C contract!! All they do is send you round in circles to make you fed up, or give up on trying to cancel the contract!! I phoned the cancellation number , the person who answered the phone asked me for my personal information , after giving the information the person on the phone said I was giving the incorrect information and they could not help me. He said I should go to a Cell C shop with my ID and try to cancel it there. The attendants in the shop were so belligerent and told me I HAD to phone the cancellation number. I feel they make you run around in circles so as to make you give up , so they can keep debiting your account!!!
