Extremely bad service

Dear Cell C what can I say more 10 years of being a client and never have I recieved such poor service. Empty promises. 48 hours?? It been almost a week still no answer. How can you take 4-10 years to solve a problem? If you don't want me as a client just let me know, I am done begging. Making myself the fool for calling or even sending emails.
