Extremely bad service, cell C. I need to be reinstated

Cell C you are a disaster, my contract was canceled with my knowledge, and my number is no longer available, I have not been able to pay for 3 months due to covid 19 crisis, I only saw on my statement that the contract is canceled and cancellation fee added on the balance, I have emailed as per their call center's advice, no answer since last week, please I need my number back. I have been with cell C for more than 9 years. I am very very disappointed. I
