Extremely bad service by Cell C staff

This company staff is extremely useless, or just not willing to assist any person in serious need of assistance??? Its now almost two weeks that I tried to get assistance via their Facebook page, or the staff at the section that need to unlock a Cell C devise???? This is to enable a SASSA pensioner, to use her Virgin Mobile contract sim card. Even after holding on for a hour. The line/call was just cut???? The number to call was given to me when I visited a cell c store at Wonder park, Pretoria. This store I had to visit after I traveled to the cell C store in Qwagga center, Pretoria West (found on Cell C web site) , only to find the store empty and seem to be closed by court action????
