Extremely Bad Service
A week ago I wrote a Review on Cell C, today I get a call from Cell C, the Agent I spoke to 2 weeks ago to book my Device for repairs only wrote comments that the Device is booked for repairs. today Cell c will debit my Account but I am not using the Phone since it has a Factory fault. I am soo Disappointed. this is my last Contract with Cell C

31 Jan 2022, 14:45I am still waiting for you to collect the devise as you have advised, Its 2 weeks now. how do you expect me to take Cell C Serious when you Guys are busy playing hide and seek. since you always say calls are recorded pull the recording for last week Monday so you can hear your ***********/Rude Consultant. you find people from the Street and give then Jobs and expect them to Give us Good service while we paying for the Services. you sound like you dont even know your Job as well
