extremely bad service and big *****

i have been calling cell c and going to the store for the past two months, every time i go there they give me some ******** story as to why i cant upgrade, unfortunately they cannot debit my account so i pay and as a result i pay when i want to fact remains i still pay , i don't OWE CELL C A DIME..... iv been calling the legal department to remove a status and they keep ********ting me THERE ARE OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO ARE WILLING TO HELP.... PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT SINCE YOU GUYS DON'T WANT TO REMOVE THE STATUS SO I CAN UPGRADE... i had enough of url ********ting me!!!
