Extremely bad service

So over a year ago I canceled my contract and they still trying to debit my account after they went and listened to the recording to and heard that I did give a months notice. A manager called me and said they will get back to me and nothing happened. Now I want to cancel another contract and my husband is stuck overseas on a boat with no communication except if I call the boat and we don't know when he is coming back and they refuse to cancel the contract. I have never in my life received such pathetic service ever I can't wait for they day that all our contacts are canceled with them as Vodacom has given me much better service.
