Extremely Bad Service
I went to the waterfront CellC two months ago to cancel my contract with them and convert my sim to prepaid. I sat in front of manager and called the cancellation department.

On the 30th of November I woke up with no service on my phone. I rushed to the cellc waterfront store and spoke to a lovely lady called Linda. They told me my number was permanently deactivated and I have to phone customer care as they have no authorization. I have phoned customer care multiple times and got Kicked off the line most of the time. Customer care never bother to phone back and have a terrible attitude overall.

I must have told my same story to atleast 8 times to different call operators of which they told me all they can do is send an email to someone.

I spoke to Craig at Cellc as he was passing by. He was a lot more useful than the manager. Manager had no urge to assist me instead told me to phone customer care!!!!

I've lost business due to this.
It's been over 72hrs, I called Linda today and she called customer care again! Customer Care said to her that the previous operators had logged nothing and sent no emails!! Please ask Craig to call me, I'm sure he can help!! ***
