Extremely bad service

I logged a case with Cell C on 25 February 2021 to get a paid-up letter and I was told that it will take 48 working hours. I have been following up ever since with no joy from their contact centre. The frustrating part is that I haven't had a contract t with them in over a year and they are showing that I am in areas on Experian. I don't understand why my name is there in the first place. Today is exactly 7 days and my issue has not been sorted. I only found out about this when I had to apply for credit. Now the whole application is stuck because of the stuip paid-up letter. I am really angry.
