Extremely Bad Service

Cell c has beyond bad service, I have been trying to do a sim swap for two weeks, 6 useless agents that can't assist me. I need to move to Vodacom; I can't be dealing with such incompetence. I am stuck, I am unreachable on my phone because of a Sim. Truly frustrated.
