Extremely bad service

I been on the phone for 40 mins previously called cell c to request to speak to a supervisor and they transferred me to another department been passed from pillar to post the service is disgusting how do u appoint managers that can't even speak to your customers, I was called to take out a contract for a Reno 8 phone , happy and accepted, a day or two later another lady called to say we see u took a Reno 8 we have a better package 2 Reno 7s so I said okay let's cancel the Reno 8 application and proceed with the 2 Reno 7s. To my surprise the Reno 8 gets delivered, I call cell c and they advised a driver will come collect the incorrect device which they did on the same day.i then was requested to call 3 days after to check if the device was received and I now must cancel it . I call and they stated they can't see anything yet I must call another week later. I call again requesting to speak to management and was advised management is busy and they will call me bk which didn't occur . I leave it and call again today going through from department to department eventually found out that device was received and request for cancellation. The lady then stated that the Reno7's is no longer available I request to speak to manager and transferred to another department and every time you ask for a manager they always busy. Cell c extremely disappointed in how u treat your customers
