Extremely bad service

Booked in my phone at Cell C for repairs and they promised me that I will get my phone back in 3-4 Weeks. They have not contacted me since and it is coming up now for almost 4 and a half weeks. Exteremly bad service, STAY AWAY FROM CELL C
