Extremely bad service

Cell c s service is up to ****...I was due for upgrade according to my knowledge but I was told that month to month contracts doesn't exist anymore which was fine ...Sindy at Lakeside told me that she will speak to retention Monday the 28 and call me back and never did..I spoke to cell c online direct they helped me and approved everything only to find that they out of stock..I called them again they said I can go in store to get a phone and cancel the order in store they said they can't help the order needs to be cancelled before I get the phone and the department is closed..That time I needed a phone urgently I ended up buying a phone cash because of Cell c bad customer service...
