Extremely bad service

Cell C is a **** company as I requested to cancel my contract and now my line is suspended, I called to find out what's going on and they unsuspended my line, now today again my line is suspended and I cannot get through to any of their departments. The line just goes dead and I experienced the same thing the first time when this happened. Cell C service sucks to say the least and I wish to never deal with them again as it is always a mission to get through to their lines.
