Extremely bad service
<p>Cell C promised to have my sim swap done when I called in on Thursday 22 September 2016 first in 24 hours, called back a day later and they said it's 48 hours, and now when I called in on the 24th September 2016 they said it can only be done on Monday 26th of September 2016... this is ridiculous I am without a phone to use for 3 days now... you would expect better service from the service provider who claim they are SA number 1 as far as I am concerned the service is pathetic!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!! You don't even deserve a star</p>

So I got a Call from the Cell C team today, it so happens that a SIM SWAP is meant to be done within 4 hours from making a call to your service provider, so where all the nonsense of lies of 24 hours to 48 hours to the Sim Swap department not working over the weekend and then receiving the call finally on SUNDAY!!!! and my sim swap was done... Cell C you should ensure that your call centre staff is trained well, the experience was horrible.
