Extremely bad service

I am not happy with cell c service . I contacted cell c customer service five times requesting assistance with unlocking my phone's network they kept on advising that it will be unlocked after 24 hours but nothing has happened. I am not happy with their poor network hence i want to use another service provider due to network issues . Till today I haven't got any assistance regarding the unlocking of my phone , it was supposed to be unlocked by November but they are not helping .
