Extremely bad service

Worst experience ever I have 3 contracts with cell c and 1 is due for an upgrade in September however I was advised I can do an early upgrade what a nightmare I have pushed from pillar to post from the call center to their stores nobody is willing to help I was told to inbox my details on their Facebook page and yet nobody has contacted me I took out a new contract last week and had to run around like a headless chicken due to the lack of intelligence from their staff yet on the very same day I did an upgrade with Vodacom over the phone took 5mins and the very next morning I received my phone. Stay away from cell c guys. I will make sure I post on every social media possible
