Extremely bad poor performance of a Samsung A33 and pathetic customer service from Cell C
I have been using Cell C for 6 - 7 years if not more. I have upgraded in March 2023 and got a Samsung A33 and was very excited for my new phone since it was my first time using a Samsung....I have experienced endless problems since I received this phone. I can't make or receive calls and have to always restart it or switch it to flight mode. I always experience network problems or sometimes it will give a message that, I do not have airtime/data . I logged a call with Cellc and the phone was booked in for repairs. It (hardware) came back from repairs a week later with the same problems. I logged another call with Cellc two weeks ago. I received a call from Samsung and was told that I should take the phone to the nearest repair Centre for it to be assessed again, or to CellC. What are they going to assess as they couldn't repair it ? I was inconvenienced for the whole week without a phone and now I must take it back for repairs!!!!The funny part is one of your consultant tried contacting me numerous times regarding my complaint and she couldn't get hold of me due to the persisting problem. I am paying every month without fail for a dysfunctional cellphone. Cell C has now shifted the problem to Samsung and I have a contract with Cell C, not Samsung if I remember well. I have been very patient with this phone, but now I can't anymore..
