Extremely bad and unacceptable customer service

I have been waiting for assistance from Cell C. I reported the bad service from Cell C regarding my phone.i have been contacting Cell C for the past 3 weeks without being assisted. I got the response from Hello Peter but non response from Cell C. My phone is still not unlocked after sending the requested IMEI nr.

I now regret buying my Samsung device under the Cell C network.
