EXTREMELLY POOR SERVICE

I was contacted on the 31st October 2017 by CELL C sales indain lady did not get her name, as she said to me that she is upgrading my current contract and then took my details on the call, but then only to find it was a new contract activated instead of upgrade even though i was mad but I then accepted the new contract, but until now nothing has been delivered and they busy calling arranging the delivery and the whole ****en week Ive been waiting for the phone and until now nothing is delivered

I have been transfered from pillar to post when i call the cell c customer line and nobody is giving me a straight answer I want this contract cancelled and I do not want anything to do with CELL C anymore. or deliver the device i was promised TODAY
