Extreme poor service

Cell c the worst cpmpany that does not care and value it client.

Cell c did a wrong upgrade and i my the upgrade was reversed and my phone was collected. I did not use any of the benefits they sent and me and agent cpnfirmed that if my account is debited i will get my refund. The amount debit for the benefits i did not use was R458.00 i followed up with cell c and till today my money is not refunded i have been in contact with them and all i have been hearing since January 2021 is that they will get back me. Cell c is useless and uses people and take advantage of us.

My other contract agent Mandisa Dukusa admitted that she put me on a wrong plan that i did not ask and i was charged R155.65 and a case was lodged and Wendy from the back office promised me that the will get back to me till today my money is got no results nothing.

The same phone was damaged after a month of usr and i phoned them and it was booked for repairs. Nkoskhona team leader who *********** failed me with my case i had to speak to the courier company and my.phone was finally collected 2 to 3 weeks after the date they say the will pick up.

People please do not buy any contract from cell c to save yourselves from what i am going through.

My family and i lost R458 plus R155 and till today i am still fighting with them.

DONT BUY ANY CONTRACT WITH CELLC THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE LOOKING INTO YOUR CASE AND WILL GET BACK TO YOU. THAT IS THE LAST TIME YOU.HEAR FROM THEM.

THESE ARE THE.LAST CONTRACT I TOOK WITH THEM. THEY ARE USELESS.
