Extreamly Terrible service

<p>My phone was booked in for repairs on the 10/02/2017 at the cell c shop in Jabulani mall, after two weeks with no communication from anyone from the shop or the repairs center, I went back to the shop only to find out that my phone has been sitting with them for two days.</p> <p>The device was not repaired and after numerus attempts to get someone to explain why the device was not repaird they say its physical damage on the device. the pjone was booked in becouse of software problems, no one can send me physical evidance of wher the physical damage they are stating in, I have spoken to Sibusiso, and Nhlanhla from the shop, They both refuse to even give me their managers details, they say the is nothing he can do for me.</p> <p>I have spoken to Martha from the repairs team, same thing with her the are no pictures to support what they are talking about physical damage, I f a device is sent for repairs the technician that works on the phone has to take photos and outline the areas inside the phone that are damaged, for the past four days i Hve been promised that someone will send those pictures so up to date i Heve not received those pictures.</p> <p>I am very angry and fustrated about this issue Cell c does not take their customers concerns to heart, I dont think they train thier staff on basic customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted and regret the day I joined this network</p>
