EXTRA UNACCOUNTABLE CHARGES

A few years ago I switched my Cell C contract to prepaid and used the number as a back up in case of emergencies. I recently upgraded my cellphone to a smart phone and started using the Cell C simcard in my old Blackberry Bold 9790 and purchased BIS for the last 2 months.<br> <br> Last month a lodged a complaint that my airtime was being deducted in small amounts every couple of days and requested that the case be looked into, I received a response stating that all was under the correct circumstances as my data was being used on the correct amount but my request was with regards to my airtime, not data! <br> <br> After I received 2 documents(and siting for hours figuring out what was what) I found that my airtime was being deducted from the twitter application, something that is supposedly under the BIS agreement.<br> <br> The funny thing is that once all my airtime was completely depleted (R0.00) I was still able to access twitter and do the exact same things that I was doing with airtime available, and that includes downloading pictures on Whatsapp and this all used mobile data!<br> <br> I have switched off APN and the same is happening, airtime is going! Can Cell C please explain!!!
