Extra money debited from my bank account
My monthly CSurance bill is R119, but end of last month they debited R261 from my bank account. when i call they pick up but nobody answers. is this a ****??? in the previous months they had been debiting twice the amount i pay monthly. i am sick and tired of this disorganized organization. please help!
