Extra money debited.

On the 02/03/2015 I sent Cell c an email informing them that they debited me more then my contract stipulated. They sent a (NO REPLY) email back a few minutes with the ref nr. *** yet to date my money was not reimbursed. They failed to contact me after I have supp**** my contact details.<br> <br> TCF was not app****.
