Extra Contracts

I signed up for a contract in January and got the phone within 3 days of signing up which was great i though. Little did i know what was to follow. They send me 2 exact contract phones and when i phoned in they said that there was 2 contracts for that phone which i never asked for. They picked the phoned up the next day but now i got my statement for February and they are billing me for a phone that i sent back in January. <br> <br> Now they want to say that they must first listen to the call and in 2 days i will get a call back to determine if im going to have to pay that contract(A phone i don't have) or if they just going to cancel it.<br> <br> This is really a waste of time as they don't do the work incorrect
