Extra charges added tomy monthly subscription for my cellphone contract
<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi</p> <p>Currently i have a cellphone contract with Cellc.,which i pay R191.50 monthly After one and half years of my contract,Cellc decides to charge me02.50. I have phoned Cellc customer care,and i was advised by a consultant that Cellc has increased they fees. I told her that im not going to pay the extra fee,as it is not in my contract,then she tells me she cant do anything,so i told her put me through to her supervisor,but she never did so ,she just cut the call on me.I think it is unfair that i pay extra on my contract, upon signing my contract ,i was not advised nor does it state in my contract that fess will increase after one and half years on my contract. I think Cellc are rogues and are doing *****.</p>
Theres a typo the amount i pay for my contract is R191.50 and Cellc charged me R202.50

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
Cell C made an effort to notify customers of the price changes via SMS, pop up messages on data devices, monthly invoices and on the Cell C website

I have asked Cellc several times for a copy of the contract that i signed upon taking my contract, stating that Cellc can increase their fees by a million rands if they like,and increase fees hundred times if they like,but i am still awiaiting the copy of the signed contract.People who are contacting me from Cellc are imcompetent people, who are baised and arrogant. Cellc are *******
