Extra Billing R39 for what i haven't sign up for.
I've been billed R39 with Ref Cell C Sp***2 it's been 2 months if I am not mistaken and I don't use the SIM card and NEVER INSURE CELLPHONE. The time I bough Huawei P8 Lite contract online in January 2016 was for R169 not Additional R39. I Spoke to the Lady by the name Slindile who advised that according to your records you charged me R52.84 of which I really think is still ******* for services I never request. CELL C KINDLY STOP BAD SERVICE OF CHARGING EXTRA SERCIVES I NEVER AGREED ON. When I buy cellphone online for R169 I agree with R169 NOT R208 that I never sign up for.
