******ION and HORRIBLE SERVICE
After CellC gave me over to a debt collector for an account which they never informed me was arrears, after paying the account and receiving confirmation from Cell C telling me that it has been paid and my account is on a zero balance, I received an email today telling me I owe them R121. Cell C is the worst company ever. I have absolute hate for their pathetic service. They are always threatening with lawyers, even if they are in the wrong. I will escalate this issue to the level of the ombudsman if I have to

I want a confirmation letter stating that my account has nothing outstanding and than it's closed.

06 Oct 2021, 18:24I have read tens if not hundreds of similar complaints to mine on HelloPeter. How can you just send out bills to people who doesn't owe you money? If just 5% of them pay in the fear of being blacklisted without actually being in arrears, that is THEFT AND ******ION
