Exploitation from Cell C
Ive set Cell c to debut my account on the 28th of every month and it has been like that for the past 14months, This month they debited money as usual but return it same day, I called Cell C to debit again of which they agreed that they will debut the following day( the 02 Feb 2022) but they didnt, suddenly im recieving messages that my account is in arrears and i need to pay extra R70 on top of my monthly amount 😡😡. How is this my fault and why do i have to pay extra R70 why i played my part of making sure there's money in my account, Next month im cancelling their contract , also their network is very bad for the past 2days .
