I have 2 contracts with cell c one that I took in June 2017 for R250pm. My second contract came to an end with them in December on the 2nd 2017.

The second contract was in arrears for the month of December for 168 as per the statement sent to me. So this means I owe cell c 250 plus 168.

Come January 2018 cell c debits 349 plus 335 in my account. I call to query the amounts and I was sent from pillar to post. One consultant says to me the other amount is for my contract that finished in December 2017, which didn't make sense because it is included in the 335. No one could explain to me what the 349 is for. I reversed the transaction when we came to an agreement that I only owe them 335. Now cell c again debits 349 in my account.

I am told that it is for my contracts that ended, that I cancelled and the person I spoke to decided not to cancel and that I am paying for the benefits cells c is loading in the sim cards. Mind you I have never used the sim cards and I don't understand what benefits are they talking about when the contract has expired.

How can I be paying for something that has expired, benefits expire together with the contract and the devices are fully paid up.

I will never ever again subscribe to anything that has to do with cell c. I am going to cancel all my contracts with cell c. The worst service provider ever that sucks people's money. Talk about customer exploitation.

I am so done with cell c!!!!!!!!!!
