Explain why u listed my 2 active contracts on TLC
Cell c promised me that I will be contacted by their collection department, I have not been it's been 3 days now so back again here. I need then to give me valid explanation as to why they listed 2 of my active accounts with them on my credit bureau? These contracts r upto date as we speak, they active and I'm paying for them monthly. One consultant lady said to me, the system automatically placed these 2 accounts, how crazy is that? Somebody must give me an explanation

16 Sept 2023, 16:48I was advices by one of cellc consultant that I should go to credit score and check, there's an account blocking me to renew my contract. I went and I saw 2 cell c contracts, took screen shorts and emailed u. If it's not in arrears, what is it doing on the credit bureau because it's upto date. That's what I need to understand

There's a lady fr head office, if I'm allowed toention her name I will come back and do so. What's a lady, out of this world kind of service, I mean WOW. she doesn't just understand but inerstand my frustratios, with calm she tried her level best to help you, what she didn't know she mention clearly that she doesn't know for sure since she doesn't deal with it but she will follow up on e rrything else and come back to me by next week which I'm hoping she keeps her promises infact I trust she will. Cell c should start to recruit such kind going forward and they will never hear a single complain from their clients. As soon as she gets back to me I will definitely come back and review
