Expiry of data
Why is it that we can purchase data . Then the data expires after 30 days. The data belongs to the purchaser. On top of that our data is expensive compared to other countries outside of SA.
Good morning Johan
You can still use your data by carrying it over in order to carry-over any unused data beyond the validity period, you must purchase another Data bundle before the expiry of the initial validity period.
The data balance (remaining data bundle + newly purchased data bundle) will be carried over and the date will be extended to the new validity date. This means that the total data balance will be valid for a further 30 (thirty) days.
If you deplete the data bundle before the end of your validity period, then out of bundle data rates will apply, depending on the applicable tariff plan you are on.
