Expired deals before stock even arrives!!!

Firstly I am still yet to get a response from you as stipulated in my last complaint! I was due for an upgrade in January but had to wait until stock of the iPhone 6 came in, now that it has finally arrived the deal I need has expired! I have called and asked to speak to a call centre manager, they have yet to phone me back!!' I want the deal I should have gotten last month! It is not my fault you were out of stock! I want the straight up 200 for R599 as promised to me last month! I am not willing to pay over R800 for this deal now!
