Expired Contract

Last year I laid a complain about my mothers contract. My mother passed away more than two years ago, she was 72 and at a stage where she cant remember anything. after she passed away I picked up that for the last few years(about 4 years) before she passed away money was deducted from my dads bank account. At that stage the contract was not used or renew,<br> <br> In that time no one of cell c made a effort to contact her and ask her if she want to renew the contract or canceled it. After I picked it up I submitted a query and there was explained to me that I can cancel the contract or transfer it to my dad. On Friday 16 I went to Cell C to do it. then they told me the contract can only be transferred or cancel if there is a legal fee of R1005 paid. Now can some one explain this to me, for - 5to 6 years the contract was never renewed or used, month after month money was deducted from my dads bank, no effort was ever made to contact her. Now what happen to that money that was taken from her without a contract that was not used. For sure I can not leave it there, somebody must explain to me what going to happen from here and how we going to resolved this matter. We takining about R1044
