Expensive,bad reception,dropped calls
<p>I purchase a contract with cell C in February and I am happy to say that I am cancelling it 2 months down the line. The reasons being that I as a business owner cannot continue too have calls dropped, receive messages that I have missed calls when it did not ring, pay for oob data when I specifically instructed them to pause internet once the bundle was complete, inclusive minutes that exclude special numbers (0860) My bill with Cell C is thru the roof. I would be way better of if I stayed at Telkom mobile. The staff member I spoke to was rude and gave me idiotic advice. The R15500 bail out fee will cost me significantly less than to remain with Cell C.</p> <p> </p> <p>the power is in your hands. Please...</p>
