Expecting extra payments and for what God alone knows

Good day My account no is *** Statement I received dated 01/03/2024 the balance was R628. I paid on the 05/032024 an amount of R400 balance on this account is R228. I sent cell c an email requesting them to cancel the contract as come April I will only be paying the outstanding amount reflecting on the statement. I was adviced to call they retention dept. And spoke to Phumi which she then told me they cannot cancel the contract as the contract comes to an end in May. I adviced her that I cannot continue with it as I am currently unemployed and I will only pay the amount reflecting on the statement. She adviced that I should not look at the statement. I then asked why means your amounts are inaccurate. Also not taking note of the fact that I made R500 payments on this account to finish it earlier as stated that I'm not working. She refused to listen to me and told me that I will be charged for April and May so they was to ****** me with an additional R1028 . I have also asked not to invoice me for anything just to end the contract they refused to . I am really tired of dealing with cell c first they never allocated payments I made now this why is this company doing this . Is it a beautiful thing for them to just ****** money from people. I want this contract ended and I'm not paying a cent more than the amount reflecting on the statement
