Exorbitant Cell Phone Bill and Poor Service

Got slapped with two bills of R1400 and R1800 on a contract that cost R50.00 for 500mb. How is this even possible. When contacted i was told i used 30GB!!!(out of bundle rates!!! BS!!!!) How is this possible??? and all previous months my bill was approximately R400.00.<br> <br> Even the customer service was **********. Absolutely useless. When i asked for a reference number for the call i was told there was no reference number but strangely after I insisted on one then suddenly a reference number magically appeared.<br> <br> It is always that honest, paying customers that get *****ed over!!! I will never recommend cellc to anybody on this planet. A joke of a service provider!!!!!!
