Exeptionally poor and unethecal customer service

Abdolute poor custumor service. Strugled many months from May 2022 to cansell my account . After cansellation they now regularly deduct on my DO which means I have to then visit the bank every monyh to correct it without success .The DO excluded, they still owe me R657

Everytime they promised me that the money will be paid into my account within 24 hours.!!!!!
