Excessive Debit order
Why this month has my debit order suddenly increased.<br> You guys are authorised for R309 which is my monthly contract fee, not R318.98.<br> <br> Sort this out or I will have my bank do it for me.

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
