excessive data charges
I was billed to the tune of R1000.00 in 3 transactions for data by CellC over 3 days.<br> When i queried this via social media, i was sent a data validation report for the 3 days.<br> When queried the report via email i received no reply from Cell C until the same report was again forwarded to me. The fact is that the Invoice and the Data validation report do not match and Cell C refuses to clarify or even respond to my queries.<br>
