Excessive Data Billing

Hi there,<br> I have been experiencing excessive data billing with Cell C for over 1 year. I manage my data very well, and often buy data bundles. I am very tech savvy and manage my iPhone usage very carefully. I have been billed excessively for the last year for data. I have however been purchasing data bundles and should therefore NOT have been billed for out of bundle rates. I have contacted cell c on several occasions in this regard. I have not had any response following several queries and complaints. <br> <br> I have two contract with cell C and am considering changing providers after been **********.<br> <br> I want my money back!!
