Excessive charges.
Migrated to cheaper package( Straight Up 30 ) to be told the charges will be R164 per month due to handset fee, apparently I have been paying it for 15 months already according to the call centre. <br> <br> So 24 x R129 = R3096 will be paid for an Samsung E1205? How is this possible? Worse is it seems there are no individuals that can actually help. The only response I get is \The system says so."<br> <br> I have also been giving 2 different amounts of what my contract fees should be in the last week?<br> <br> """
