Excessive Billing on Data still not resolved

Once again I have too sit here and argue and fight for no reason and no resolve too Cell C who has too pay me money back.<br> How many times do I have too ask for the data issues on my contract too be resolved. When are you paying my money back, why am I still being charged for the extra data. East Rand Mall Cell C Area Manager has not contacted me whatsoever regarding this and he knows he must. Cell C the bad service and the money that you take from my bank account every month without permission is a Breach of Contract. <br> My contract will be cancelled and I will be refunded.
