Excess to repair softwear

<p>I have complaint about cell c and there stories of fixing my softwear on my phone I have been contacted by them and was told I would have a answer to my last post by the end of the day which was last week I have yet to hear back from them by email or phone call. It is a simply thing as uploading my softwear but they say my phone has water damage I am still waiting for them to prove it is this how you run away from fixing phone under warranty. Vodacom says they can do it why can cell c . </p>
