excess

I received two handsets from C insurance after my phones were lost. The on device stopped working after i had it for two weeks. I took it to the Call c store and they send it to repair center that after 2 weeks came back its beyond economical repairs. Then i called C surance to advise them and they suggested i fill in a claim form. I did that and they acknowledge receipt of the claim and advised it has neen loaded. i now have to pay excess again? i don't understand why. i had the phone for two weeks, i did nothing to the devise its still new why must i pay them excess again. It should still be under warranty? what happened to customer rights here, so the insurance companies can just mess you around like this.<br> <br> Very unhappy and ****ed that i ever insuredbt C surance... no joy when you need to claim...
